Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as an Associate Technical Director.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding our India-based team focused on delivering comprehensive planning, design, and consultancy services.In this role, you will oversee the delivery of consulting work related to various types of power systems studies and analysis. Your technical expertise will drive project success, and your leadership skills will motivate the team to achieve goals.A critical aspect of this position is providing technical and project management support to the project team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Your ability to manage resources effectively will also play a vital role in the success of the power systems team.You will contribute to the commercial development of studies and analysis within the power systems team by building and maintaining key client relationships, identifying areas for integration through multi-disciplinary working, and developing new services.Beyond technical acumen, we are looking for individuals with exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team, guide and develop team members, and drive growth in power systems.Requirements:Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialisation;Extensive experience in power systems consulting;Demonstrated ability to drive growth in power systems;Strong leadership and project management skills.Important Note: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
