Position : Technical Support Executive Module : Procurement About JiBe : JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper. Job Responsibilities : Understand the application and software related issues, also determine the possible root cause. Work on defined SLAs to ensure that our client receives the best of the services. Ensure complete compliance of ticketing tools and report metrics daily. Interact and follow-up with the development team for root cause and analysis of issues reported. Understand and analyze solutions provided, coordination with testing and release team for ensuring sustainable software releases. Testing, Issue reporting and following up with the development team on internally reported issues. To create software related help materials documents, help videos, Walkme, FAQs, bug reproduction steps and other artifacts. Software training/briefing of shipboard personnel on use of JiBe onboard module. Qualifications and Skills : Any Graduate / B.E. or equivalent with minimum 4+ years of relevant support experience in supply chain or procurement module in any ERP software or IT or Maritime company.Excellent English Writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication Intermediate level of Ms Excel ( V look up, H look up, Pivot table, If function etc) Excellent typing skills . Problem solving skills; Ability to priorities tasks. Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for details. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of cloud services. Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. Ability to work well as a team player. Strong customer focus
