Job TitleMortgage Loan SpecialistRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Specialist to support our Australian mortgage broking firm in loan processing, monitoring, and administrative tasks.This role requires excellent English language proficiency, strong organizational skills, and experience in loan processing.Key Responsibilities:Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to loan enquiries, deliver timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently.Coordinate Loan Files: Manage the complete loan processing lifecycle, from initial lead stage through to formal approval.Lender Policies - Conduct in-depth research on lender policies and understand residential lending requirements.Analyse Information & Administration: Perform thorough analysis and verification of client financial documentation against policy standards.File & Data Management: Organise, update, and maintain secure digital files.Collaboration: Work closely with the Australian team to deliver timely financial reports and compliance documentation.Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum 4 years of experience as a loan processor servicing the Australian market.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).Benefits Gain exposure to Australian mortgage broking practices and work culture.If you have a passion for finance and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
