Job Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Kudhason, Gandhinagar

Department: Logistics & Supply Chain

Reporting To: Logistics Manager / Operations Head

Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations including inventory movement, dispatches, and vendor coordination to maintain timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch and receipt of goods.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain inventory records and update movement logs.

Monitor and track shipments; resolve delivery issues and delays.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics (invoices, GRNs, transport bills).

Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and statutory requirements.

Assist in optimizing transportation and delivery routes to reduce costs.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or dispatch handling.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of transportation and logistics coordination.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery timelines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)
