Hiring a Assistant Manager - Engineering Analysis for Thane Location
5 days / WFO
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate numerical models using advanced simulation software, conducting detailed structural analysis of ship components and systems with FEA/CAE tools.
- Analyze and interpret simulation results, providing recommendations to improve designs.
- Prepare, review, and present technical reports and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, identifying new service opportunities to meet market needs.
- Manage client and customer relationships, identifying opportunities for project and service expansion.
- Conduct design reviews, recommend enhancements, and monitor project progress to resolve issues and apply corrective actions as needed.
- Document lessons learned from projects and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
- Lead and oversee the engineering analysis team to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department (HoD), department manager, and project stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers, developing team skill sets in line with department needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient in FEA/CAE tools with a solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
- Knowledgeable in industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience in project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
