Experience & Qualifications:Minimum of 8-10 years of successful retail experience, including at least 2 years in a regional P&L capacity.Strong leadership abilities.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A Master's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
