Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative travel solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Operations Manager. The MICE Operations Manager will be responsible for contracting with vendors, negotiation, coordinating and managing all aspects of MICE events, developing and implementing event strategies, liaising with clients and vendors, creating itineraries, costing, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Daily tasks include budget management, team leadership, and monitoring event operations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.QualificationsExtensive experience in MICE operations management and coordination in travel industryStrong skills in curating exceptional itineraries and costing, developing and implementing event strategiesThorough knowledge on international destinationsExcellent client and vendor relationship managementProficiency in overseeing event logistics and operationsBudget management and financial acumenLeadership and team management skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the travel industry is a MUST
