Senior IT Sourcing SpecialistKey Scope:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Sourcing Specialist to proactively foster effective collaboration with key client stakeholders and colleagues in and across regions to deliver business goals.The ideal candidate will develop a key client stakeholder matrix and maintain regular engagement to drive high levels of client satisfaction.This role involves ensuring supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers.The successful candidate will act as a key contact person for IT category and sourcing initiatives.Sourcing Planning:As a Senior IT Sourcing Specialist, you will perform spend and contract analysis to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities.You will formulate cost models for appropriate business needs.Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will define and implement IT strategies and sourcing area plans.Management of Sourcing Initiatives:Lead and execute IT sourcing projects within agreed timelines and service quality standards.Deliver allocated savings targets through effective sourcing initiative management.Adhere to defined sourcing policies and processes.Evaluate ethics in supplier or client engagements.Requirements:Qualification: University degree in economics or Supply Management or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in strategic sourcing ideally gained in an international environment.Required skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
