We have an exciting opportunity with one of the **Leading Packaging & Manufacturing Company**

**Role: Sourcing Specialist**

**Experience: 3 to 5 years**

**Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Printing technology**

**Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai**
- Team Leading
- Proficient in Supplier Management and sourcing activity.
- Set up of Supplier evaluation on timely basis to measure their performance with respective to lead times, quality, and cost and taking necessary corrective action with Supplier as needed.
- Knowledge and exposure in allied supply chain activities like logistics, customer handling and warehousing function.
- Cost negotiation to ensure business profitability, also analyse and take step for cost reduction.
- Build relationship with suppliers and other internal stake holders to ensure seamless order fulfilment as per defined timelines and processes.
- Ensure supplier agreement is maintained and renewed on timely basis.
- Manage load distribution among supplier, by way of evaluating their capacity and past performance.

**Skills Needed**:

- Advanced knowledge of excel to produce MIS for the management.
- Woking knowledge of SAP preferably in material management and sales and distribution module.
