We help startups build fractional finance teams — blending big-corporate sophistication with startup-speed execution. https://zenithglobal.io/Role Responsibilities Design and refine the user experience for Zenith's website and Midas AI CFO platform — our flagship AI-powered financial intelligence tool.Create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that make complex financial data accessible and actionable for startup founders and finance teams.Conduct user research and testing to continuously improve product usability and engagement.Collaborate directly with our product and engineering teams to bring designs from concept to launch.Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all Zenith digital properties.Produce custom graphics, illustrations, and icons to enhance Zenith’s digital and static content.Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsPartner with customer success to gather user feedback and identify pain pointsCollaborate with engineering on design system implementation and component libraryCoordinate with finance experts to ensure accurate data visualization and reportingDevelop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprintsConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform design directionManage multiple design projects and priorities simultaneouslyWhat We're Looking ForStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work - demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to final implementation.Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience ideally B2B products or financial platforms.User-centered design approach - you know how to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).Solid understanding of user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern web technologies.Thrive in a high pressure and fast paced startup environment — fast-moving, collaborative, and comfortable with autonomy.This is not an entry-level role, and applications without a portfolio demonstrating direct project ownership will not be considered.Additional Role DetailsStart date: Immediate | Full-timeLocation: Bangalore Exposure: Shape the design of both a consulting brand and an AI productImpact: Own the entire design experience for Zenith's digital ecosystem from day oneCompensation: Competitive salary with performance-based growth
