Employment Type: Full-time About Us MetFlux Research is pioneering the path to personalization in your health management— building systems-biology-driven precision-health platforms that turn complex metabolic and immune data into actionable insights for care and longevity. We design tools that help healthcare providers visualize and interpret health data with clarity, empathy, and purpose — bridging deep science with intuitive design. Role Overview We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer (3–4 years’ experience) to craft end-to-end product experiences for our precision-health applications. You’ll collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product leads to make biological complexity usable and human-centered — translating science into clarity, trust, and elegant user journeys across clinician and consumer platforms. Key Responsibilities Participate in the full UX design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Design end-to-end product experiences , not just screens. Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction patterns grounded in user behavior and scientific context. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and solve real user problems with clarity. Deliver clean, modern, and visually engaging UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and scientific credibility. Optimize workflows and improve product usability through data-driven iteration and user feedback. Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and smooth hand-offs. Present design decisions clearly, backed by rationale and empathy for the user. Required Skills 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing real shipped products or end-to-end design projects. Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools). Understanding of UX research and ability to turn insights into intuitive design solutions. Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and color theory . Clear communication and confidence in explaining design reasoning. Nice to Have : Formal design education (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, etc.) is a plus — but we value proven experience and thoughtful portfolios over degrees. Evidence-driven and detail-oriented. Ability to integrate across biology, nutrition, and client application. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
