Remote Operations AssistantAbout this role:This is a virtual assistant position that requires exceptional administrative skills to provide valuable support to US-based businesses. The ideal candidate will have a background in executive assistance and be able to manage operational tasks with ease.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executives' schedules, handle emails and messages, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, prepare spreadsheets, and dashboards providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.Drive seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks to drive successful project outcomes.Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important information.Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.Manage communication, documents, and invoices; process and track orders and take care of compliance and vendor contracts.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's/ Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.Schedule and Requirements:Eastern Time - 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayPacific Time - 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayQuiet and brightly illuminated work environmentLaptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor720P Webcam and HeadsetA reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 MbpsSmartphone
