Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – Security OperationsThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules, specifically SIR and VR. They should be proficient in scripting and integration using JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP.Key responsibilities include configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow SecOps modules, designing and customizing solutions in SIR and VR, building and maintaining scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts), integrating ServiceNow with external security tools, automating SecOps workflows, creating orchestration playbooks, collaborating with security teams to deliver solutions, troubleshooting issues in SecOps modules and integrations, maintaining technical documentation, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployments, and conducting user training and providing post-implementation support.Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules.Design and customize solutions in SIR and VR.Build and maintain scripts for automation.Integrate ServiceNow with external security tools.Automate SecOps workflows and create orchestration playbooks.Collaborate with security teams to deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SecOps modules and integrations.Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
