ServiceNow Administrator RoleJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to perform daily administration of our platform, ensuring its security and performance.Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to maintain data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Implement Domain Separation across multiple tenants, handling domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update sets, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.Key Responsibilities:Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including managing technical configuration, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and identify errors.Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.Requirements:7+ years of experience in platform administration, configuration, and ITSM operations.Strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support.Hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is desirable.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, working with a dynamic team to drive business success.
