Job Title: Junior HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. You will gain valuable experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and assisting with onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Track applicant progress through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed, such as job postings, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months -2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for recruiting and a desire to build a strong talent pipeline.
