We’re Hiring: Key Accounts Manager – OEM (Battery / Power / EV Industry) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Reporting To: Business Head Experience: 10+ Years Industry Preference: Battery / Power / EV ✅ Mandatory: OEM Sales Experience Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC Role) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to independently manage and grow OEM business in West Bengal. This role demands strong relationship management, commercial expertise, and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Key Account Management Independently manage and nurture existing OEM accounts. Ensure seamless order fulfilment and quick resolution of issues. Conduct regular business reviews to sustain and grow partnerships. 2️⃣ New Business Development Identify, target, and onboard new OEM customers across West Bengal. Build a strong lead pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue. Deliver impactful product demos and technical presentations. 3️⃣ Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel reports. Track market trends and monitor competitor activities. 4️⃣ Commercial & Contract Management Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding. Support account profitability and uphold commercial discipline. 5️⃣ Market Insights & Growth Opportunities Stay updated on customer needs and emerging opportunities. Identify new OEM pockets and drive regional expansion. Share market insights with leadership for strategic planning. Who Should Apply?
