Job Description: Azure Middleware Support EngineerOverview:The Azure Middleware Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the organizations Azure middleware applications. They are responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance to ensure seamless operation of the middleware components within the Azure environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and address middleware requirements
  • Monitor and maintain Azure middleware systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to middleware configurations and integrations
  • Develop and implement automation processes for middleware deployments and upgrades
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Azure middleware components
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams for middlewarerelated projects
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance within the Azure middleware environment
  • Participate in oncall support and incident management for critical middleware issues
  • Document standard operating procedures and best practices for middleware administration
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve escalated middleware issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • 3 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting Azure middleware solutions
  • Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Service Bus Azure Logic Apps and Azure API Management
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell Shell or Python
  • Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Apache Kafka RabbitMQ or IBM MQ
  • Strong understanding of networking security and identity management within Azure
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex middleware integration issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ204 or AZ400 is a plus
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
