We are seeking a professional from an executive assistance background who can provide administrative support to US-based businesses.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational and back-office tasks, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders.The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.You will play a pivotal role in maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.Key responsibilitiesAdministrative support: Managing executives' schedules, handling emails and messages, and preparing documents and reports.Excel and MIS reporting: Utilizing advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports and prepare spreadsheets and dashboards.Business operations: Driving seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.Project management: Overseeing project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Data management: Performing accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and managing file systems.Research: Conducting online research to gather relevant data and information and preparing summaries and reports.Vendor management: Managing communication, documents, and invoices and processing and tracking orders.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experience.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.ScheduleWe operate on a flexible schedule with shifts available in Eastern Time and Pacific Time.Logistical requirementsA quiet and brightly illuminated workspace.A laptop with minimum 8GB RAM and I5 processor.A reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.A smartphone.
