Senior Support Specialist for Business CentralThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain. This role is responsible for providing functional and technical support to end users, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with system enhancements. The successful candidate will be able to mentor and train other support specialists, manage support tickets, and document support cases.Mentor and train other support specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality support.Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central users, including resolving configuration, data, and user errors.Diagnose and resolve system issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Manage support tickets and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.Work collaboratively with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments, and assist with user training and onboarding.Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance, and identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials, supply chain, and manufacturing.Proficiency in several ISV Products, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate.Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.Ability to be client-facing with support tasks as needed and required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smart-Sheets.
