Career Guidance SpecialistWe're seeking a skilled Career Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Online Counselling department, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the career guidance process.Key Responsibilities:Conduct telephonic and online career guidance sessions with prospective students.Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses or career paths.Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.Maintain detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system.Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.Meet weekly and monthly career guidance and conversion targets.Requirements:Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and address student queries with empathy.Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.Good understanding of the Ed-Tech domain (preferred).Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
