Whether it’s CRM, ERP, or Low-Code automation, we help organizations translate technology investments into real business impact.As an AI Business Process Solutions Specialist, you will partner with enterprise clients especially in the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors to help them harness the power of Microsoft and AI ecosystems for digital transformation.This role demands a strategic problem-solver who can connect business needs with technology capabilities, build relationships at the C-suite level, and lead complex enterprise solution sales cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own account strategy and planning for targeted enterprise customers, aligning Recrivio’s AI and Microsoft-based solutions with their business priorities.Engage C-Suite and Business Decision Makers (BDMs) to identify transformation opportunities across CRM, ERP, and Low-Code applications.Articulate business value through consultative storytelling — from improved supply chain efficiency to AI-driven process automation.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, business case development, solution alignment, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and Microsoft partners to design and deliver winning proposals.Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and consistent reporting through CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).Drive long-term account relationships focused on client success, renewals, and growth opportunities.Share thought leadership and insights on industry trends, AI innovation, and manufacturing modernization.Qualifications & Experience5–12 years of experience in solution sales, business transformation, or digital consulting preferably within the Manufacturing or Industrial domain.Proven expertise selling or consulting on CRM, ERP, Low-Code, or AI-based business applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or equivalent).Strong understanding of supply chain, production, customer engagement, and field operations processes.Experience leading large enterprise deals from account mapping to multimillion-dollar solution closures.Comfortable engaging and influencing CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and digital transformation leaders.Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365) ecosystem is a strong plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering preferred.Why RecrivioWork at the intersection of AI, Cloud, and Enterprise Transformation.Build relationships and solutions that shape the future of intelligent business operations.Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.Collaborative, growth-driven environment that rewards initiative and innovation.Flexibility to work hybrid while engaging deeply with customers on-site.
