Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution.
Represent the institution at recruitment events, fairs, and other outreach activities.
Address inquiries and provide support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and applicant information.
Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics, progress toward goals, and other relevant metrics.
Utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize admissions processes.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, legal regulations, and accreditation standards.
Review and update admissions policies and procedures as needed to maintain best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance the admissions process and applicant experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
