Job Title: Financial Operations ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced financial operations manager to oversee accurate and timely accounting and MIS reporting at our plant location.This role plays a critical part in supporting financially sound decision-making and ensuring complete compliance with accounting standards including IGAAP and USGAAP.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Management: Manage plant-level accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.Cost Analysis: Conduct CAPEX & OPEX cost analysis, identify variances, and support corrective actions.Credit Control: Handle credit control to maintain smooth cash flows for site-related receivables and payables.Budgeting and Forecasting: Support monthly/annual budgeting and forecasting at the plant level.Vendor Invoicing: Review vendor invoices for compliance and process them in Oracle.Accruals and Prepayments: Perform monthly accounting activities such as accruals, prepayments, standard journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements related to Finance & Accounts.: Implement and monitor site-level internal controls as per corporate guidelines.Inventory Audits: Oversee periodic and effective inventory audits (full count, cycle count, spot checks).Qualifications:We require the following qualifications for this role:Education: Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA in Finance.Experience: 10–15 years of experience in a manufacturing or process plant accounting environment, with strong exposure to costing.Knowledge: Strong understanding of IGAAP, GST laws, commercial legislation, and financial planning tools.Skill Set: Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.Languages: Proficiency in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
