This role requires a dynamic finance professional with solid experience in the manufacturing industry and the ability to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost management functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.- Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.- Guide internal and external audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements.- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for long-term planning.- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing function.PRE-REQUISITES:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.- Minimum 8 years' experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in the apparel sector is an advantage.- Expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.- Overseas experience is an added advantage.
