This is a Project Manager position in “Customer Experience” to oversee the development & governance of New Products like NIPS, SDWAN, Wifi etc. Candidate must have good knowledge on Routing, Switching, SDWAN, SDN and Wireless along with Unified Communication/Data centre Technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Knowledge on Routing, Switching, SDWAN, SDN, Wireless along with Security and/or Voice/Unified Communication Technologies

Relevant experience in Project Management / Program management from System Integration & Managed Services Background (companies like NTT, Velocis, Proactive Data systems, Kyndryl etc)

Driving the and initiatives with the OEMs and partners

Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:
Post-graduation, preferably MBA
8- 12 years of experience
Technical Domain Expertise – Enterprise Networks, Collaboration, Wireless, Security
Presentation Skill, Teamwork and collaboration
Results orientation, Analytical and problems Solving
Networking and inter-personal skills
Consulting, Facilitation and Selling skills

Candidate with 8- 10 years of experience in System Integration Projects
Knowledge on Routing, Switching, SDWAN, Wireless along with Security and/or Voice/Unified Communication Technologies
Relevant experience in Project Management / Program management from System Integration Background (companies like Wipro, NTT, Velocis, HCL, etc)
Technology Certifications like CCIE, CCNP/CCDP etc. are added advantage
Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.
Delivery ,Project Management/Service Delivery process, within the scope & time line agreed with the customer.
Meeting the assigned Service Delivery Timelines.
Customer & internal Stakeholder management during the project execution cycle as per signed scope of work.

Must have experience in managing at least 3 completed projects for large, enterprise scale projects in IT Infrastructure
BE / B-Tech./MCA/M-Tech with ITILv3 experience must with 3+ Years of experience.
Presentation Skill, Teamwork and collaboration
Results orientated, Analytical and problems Solving
Familiarity with hands of experience in one or more of the Networking technologies will be an added advantage.
Hunger to stretch and outperform.
Leadership skills to lead an informal matrix team to accomplish the objective
