Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Program Manager at

Gurgaon . The role involves designing, implementing, and managing loyalty programs, analyzing program performance, and executing loyalty marketing strategies to engage channel partners and customers on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Loyalty Programs, Channel Loyalty, and Program Management skills.Analytical Skills for interpreting program data and performance metricsStrong background in Loyalty Marketing strategiesExperience in designing and managing loyalty programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field7-10 years of experience in loyalty management with a proven track record of success.Creating clear and concise (SOPs) and(SOWs).Excellent communication and presentation skills
