Minimum 5.5-8 years’ experience in Operations / Operational Excellence
Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating procedure documents for client’s task(s) from a recorded documentation session conducted by Operations Advisory (OA). The candidate will work in partnership with OA to develop clear and concise procedure documents that can be easily understood by our clients and the end-users in our Service Delivery Unit(s).
Responsibilities:
- Review video recordings of client-demonstrated processes and procedures to understand the steps involved.
- Work with the OA team to clarify any potential gaps, questions, or ambiguity throughout the process.
- Create procedure documents within the procedure document template provided by OA that accurately reflects the process demonstrated.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in documentation style and format.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Continuously improve efficiency and quality as experience builds.
- Provide feedback on processes to improve overall performance.
Job Description:
- Should have experience into Property & Casualty Insurance, SOP creation/ preparation.
- Proven work experience in Insurance Operations (must)
- Has good understanding of operational metrics involved in Insurance processing
- Has been a part of training/quality audit team performing process
- training for new hires, perform audits, provide coaching and feedback to new hires
- Experience in process documentation is a must
- Demonstrable experience with excel reports, and exposure to business analytic tools will be an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Work cohesively with the team and support as appropriate to achieve common goal
