We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development with a strong background in the franchise industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales, building relationships with prospective franchisees, and driving revenue growth through the sale of franchise opportunities. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential franchise owners, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ensuring successful franchise onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Franchise Sales: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales of franchise opportunities to potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with company values and growth objectives.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing franchisees, offering ongoing support and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction and growth.Market Research: Identify and evaluate potential franchise markets, analyze competitors, and assess local market dynamics to determine the most suitable areas for franchise expansion.Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new franchise leads through networking, attending industry events, digital marketing, referrals, and other sales channels.Sales Presentations: Conduct detailed franchise presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and the potential for success within the franchise model.Negotiation and Closing: Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and closing, ensuring all franchise agreements are finalized accurately and in compliance with company standards.Franchise Onboarding Support: Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing continuous support to help them launch successfully.Reporting and Documentation:
