Founded in 2017, Tacheon is a growth-as-a-service consulting firm that helps brands with all things growth. Tacheon has four core verticals: 1. Fractional Chief Growth Officer: We work with early-stage and growth-stage consumer brands as a Fractional Chief Growth Officer and strategize and drive all growth initiatives from process optimization to pricing, distribution and promotion strategies These include product portfolio optimization, building processes and structure to scale, sharpening brand and product communication and efficiently scaling customer acquisition and retention. We bring much-needed expertise and experience to the brand team and free up founder bandwidth to focus on product and other key aspects of the business. 2. Digital Transformation & Growth Strategy Consulting We work with enterprise brands and help them build capability in their growth and marketing teams and solve specific growth challenges. 3. Data Warehousing and Analytics: We help businesses reduce their time from data to actionable insight by building a data warehouse with data from all business data sources, along with customized dashboards and alerts. 4. Generative AI Consulting We have been working in the AI space since 2019 when we launched Smacient, a portal to help marketers leverage AI to be more productive and efficient. Today, Smacient has evolved into a solutions provider to help businesses leverage generative AI for business efficiency and growth. Who You'll Work With: You will work very closely with the founder Rohit Uttamchandani, who comes with over a decade of very rich experience in the industry. He is the author of the book D2C Growth Blueprint (available on Amazon and Kindle), which helps early-stage D2C brands scale from zero to 10000 orders a month within a year of starting up. He was recognized as one of the 100 Smartest Digital Marketing Leaders 2020 by ET Now, World Marketing Congress, Global Federation of Marketers & CMO Global and has also been featured in the exchange4media 40 Under 40 list in November 2021. He will mentor and guide you and help you elevate your career to new heights. What You'll Do: This is not a typical account management role - you'll be the strategic partner and extended arm of our partner brands' teams, directly accountable for driving measurable revenue growth while building and leading a high-performing team. - Collaborate on growth strategy and roadmap for the business - Work with the team and all partners and partner agencies to implement all growth initiatives and drive the brand’s growth goals - Engage with the performance marketing team for creative planning and quality checks of marketing deliverables - Work on content strategy and drive implementation - Manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with budget and marketing goals - Explore and assess new technologies to enhance business scalability - Conduct detailed pack size and MRP analysis for new products and oversee product launch and pricing strategies - Generate innovative sales strategies during key festive periods - Analyze data from various marketing tools to extract actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership - Coordinate research tasks to meet specific project objectives related to digital and social media platforms - Prepare for and lead strategy discussions, ensuring alignment of team efforts with business goals Core Responsibilities 1. Growth Leadership Drive Revenue Growth: Own and achieve monthly revenue/growth targets for partner brands Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives Identify growth opportunities across channels, markets, and customer segments Make data-driven strategic recommendations that directly impact bottom-line results Be the Strategic Partner: Act as the extended arm of brand teams - you ARE their growth function Proactively anticipate needs and opportunities Translate business goals into executable growth roadmaps Present strategic insights and recommendations at the executive level Manage Complex Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships Navigate multiple stakeholder groups within partner brand organizations Coordinate 4-6 partner agencies per brand (performance marketing, SEO, social media, creative, etc.) Ensure seamless execution across all partners and internal teams 2. Team Leadership & Development: Build Future Leaders: Mentor and develop 2-4 direct reports Convert at least one Growth Lead to Senior Growth Lead level annually Create clear development paths and provide hands-on coaching Identify high-potential team members and accelerate their growth Drive Team Performance: Set clear expectations and hold team accountable for results Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback Address performance issues promptly and constructively 3. Strategic Excellence & Innovation Develop Winning Strategies: Create comprehensive growth strategies tailored to each brand's unique context Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities Bring fresh perspectives and challenge conventional thinking Balance quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives Drive Experimentation: Launch 3+ new growth initiatives per quarter across your portfolio Design and execute growth experiments with clear hypotheses Learn quickly from failures and scale successes Build a culture of testing and iteration Deliver Business Impact: Ensure strategies translate into measurable business outcomes Track and report on initiative performance and ROI Pivot quickly when strategies aren't working Document learnings and best practices for team knowledge About You: - 3-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or growth strategy roles - Proven track record of driving measurable revenue/growth outcomes - Experience managing teams (even 1-2 people) and developing talent - Experience working with multiple marketing channels (paid media, SEO, social, email, etc.)- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis tools. - Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively. - Passionate about technology and innovation with a keen interest in industry trends. - Motivated self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
