We’re looking for a sharp, high-energy generalist to work alongside our founders at the intersection of learning design, business growth, and operations. You’ll help shape how leading organizations build and develop their people while getting deep exposure to every part of running an early-stage company. What You’ll Do: Lead learning innovation (about 50–60%) : Design custom learning programs for enterprise clients that turn complex organizational needs into engaging, practical experiences. Own the full process over time from understanding client challenges to shaping and delivering final solutions. Work directly with the founders and senior L&D leaders at large companies. Support revenue growth (30–40%) : Drive sales and client operations, outreach, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups. Identify high-value accounts and ensure projects move forward smoothly. Enable founder leverage (10–20%) Manage core operational tasks like procurement, invoicing, and special projects. Step in wherever needed to free up founders for strategic work. Strengthen client partnerships Join client meetings, later lead them independently, and manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure every project delivers tangible impact and clear outcomes. Grow founder-level perspective Get front-row visibility into product, operations, and go-to-market strategy. Take on real ownership early as this is a hands-on role, not an observer seat.
