Operations Management RoleWe are seeking a skilled Operations Executive to take charge of managing and optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic goals. As an ideal candidate, you will have strong communication skills in both English and the local language, ensuring a positive experience for all.This role involves guiding associates on utilizing the digitized platform, communicating benefits, and convenience of the SmartQ ordering APP. You will also drive the adoption process by assisting associates in downloading and using the App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.In addition, you will engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with the tech team to reflect changes on the App, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays. Conducting cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, performing hourly governance checks on LENS, and addressing issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to the relevant manager is also part of this role.Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely, high-quality service. Gather feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias regularly.Evaluate compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Oversee cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to laid-out OSPs (Operating Standard Procedures).Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and temperature records, reporting any variances. Ensure equipment operates according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP) and report any downtime to relevant departments.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.Communicate benefits and convenience of the SmartQ ordering APP to associates.Drive adoption process by assisting associates in downloading and using the App.Engage daily with food partners to update menu items and coordinate with tech team.Conduct cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues.Foster positive work culture and ensure timely, high-quality service.Evaluate compliance with company and statutory requirements.Requirements:Possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language.Be tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge.Demonstrate honesty and integrity.Show ability to lead and manage food partner employees.Possess self-motivation to take initiatives.Hold a graduate degree or equivalent qualification.Benefits:6 days working week with travel reimbursement as per policy.
