We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience driving automation and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableReview, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and employee expenses accurately and on timeEnsure proper coding, documentation, and approvals for all transactionsReconcile AP accounts and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepanciesPayroll ProcessingManage end-to-end payroll processing, including accurate accounting, and payment processingMaintain accurate payroll records for audit and respond timely to queriesCompliance & ReportingSupport audits for AP and payrollTimely accounting of entries to aid management reportingAutomation & Process ImprovementsIdentify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks within AP and payrollPartner with internal teams to implement AI-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracyContribute to continuous process improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA in Finance or CA-inter preferred)5–8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with strong exposure to payroll processing across geographiesExposure to Xero, Quickbooks, ChatGPT, HubspotProven track record of driving automation and process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in AP and payrollExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teamsProficiency in accounting / payroll software and comfort with adopting new technologiesToku is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to being a diverse team that reflects a broad range of background, thought, and experience.
