Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Analyst Accounts Payable in Chennai. What a typical day looks like: - Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets. - Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures. - Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP. - Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team - Perform quality Check Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures . - Create / Update Vendor Master records based on Standard operation procedures. - Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process The experience we're looking to add to our team: - B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance). - Good understanding on MS applications. - 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain - Good knowledge of accounting principles. - Good written/oral communication skills in English - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems. - Good analytical skills and should be a team player. - Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects Here are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide: - Paid Time Off - Health Insurance DD13 Job Category Finance Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.
