Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate) – RevspotLocation: Bangalore (On-Site)Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–4 years (Real Estate Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Qualification)About RevspotRevspot is an AI-native revenue orchestration layer.We build and deploy AI Revenue Agents that actually do real-world work — qualifying leads, running GTM playbooks, improving funnel efficiency, and moving revenue needles for high-ticket brands across India.We work with real estate, wealth, fintech, education, and other high-value verticals where revenue operations are broken, slow, and expensive — and we fix that using intelligence + activation + agentic automation.This is where AI leaves the lab and hits the real world.About the Role:We are looking for a high-ownership Tele-Sales / Pre-Sales Executive who can convert our leads into qualified meetings and site visits for India’s top real estate developers.This is NOT a generic calling role — you will serve as the first touchpoint for our leads and will directly impact revenue by qualifying serious buyers and pushing them toward site visits.You will work across multiple campaigns, each requiring:Manual lead qualificationInterest scoringSite-visit schedulingFollow-ups & CRM hygieneResponsibilities:1. Lead Qualification (Primary Responsibility)Call newly generated leads within 5–10 minutes of lead drop.Understand buyer requirements (budget, location, urgency, property type).Qualify leads based on defined criteria and mark serious buyers for next steps.Record accurate call notes, tags, checkpoints, and objections in CRM.2. Site Visit Push & CoordinationConvince qualified leads to schedule physical site visits.Handle FAQs, share project details, and address preliminary objections.Coordinate with client sales teams and ensure smooth site visit handover.Follow-up rigorously with interested leads across WhatsApp, calls, SMS.3. Pipeline ManagementMaintain daily calling productivity (120-150 calls/day).Update CRM with accurate status to maintain pipeline visibility.Work closely with internal account managers to optimize performance.4. Conversion SupportIdentify patterns in lead behavior and suggest improvements in scripts.Share real-time insights about campaign quality, lead patterns & objections.What Makes You a Strong Fit1–4 years experience in real estate tele-sales / pre-sales / channel callingStrong phone presence, clear communication, and confidenceAbility to understand real estate buyer psychologyHigh ownership — you thrive on numbers, targets, and daily performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCRM familiarity (LeadSquared, SalesForce, FreshSales, etc. is a plus)Why RevspotWe’re early.
