IT Service Management ProfessionalJob Description:We are seeking an IT Service Management professional to lead the configuration and maintenance of our service management operations. As the primary point of contact for service desk, infrastructure, and application teams, you will be responsible for designing and refining ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices.Key Responsibilities:Configure, customize, and maintain various service management modules, including automation workflows, SLAs, and integrations with other enterprise tools.Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLA adherence, and service performance.Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce ticket resolution time.Explore and implement new service management features and third-party integrations to enhance platform capabilities.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in ITSM roles with at least 2 years hands-on experience in service management administration and configuration.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.Experience with automation, scripting, and API integrations within service management platforms.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
