Qualifications Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of the insurance industry Expertise in Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet/exceed sales goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with sales tracking systems is an advantage
