Key Role Summary:We are seeking a hands-on Statistician with CDISC knowledge and R programming skills to work as part of a statistical team providing data analysis support to clients.This role entails a wide variety of responsibilities and client exposure. As with many roles, you have the opportunity to shape the team's direction dependent on client needs and your own career aspirations.Program and quality check datasets and TFLs following specifications and good programming practice.Develop dataset specifications that conform to CDISC data standards.Attend and contribute to internal and client study meetings.Mentor less experienced team members.Daily interactions will include communicating directly with other study team members and client key contacts, sharing updates on ongoing work internally and at client meetings, collaborating with the team to deliver high quality work on time, contributing analytical expertise and wider industry knowledge as required, and providing support and mentoring for more inexperienced team members.Opportunities for Growth:Development into lead analyst or technical role.Gaining experience across different therapeutic areas and phases.Presentation opportunities at conferences.Peer mentoring and/or line management.Development of innovative solutions to aid study reporting.Contributing to initiatives that consider employees, the environment, and local communities.
