Job Title: Genome AnalystDescription:As a genome analyst, you will be responsible for performing high-quality analysis of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed analysis of genomic data to identify variants and determine their potential impact on human health.Review and interpret genetic information according to established guidelines and company standards.Generate clear, accurate, and clinically relevant reports for physicians, clients, and internal teams.Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate case review.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of genetic databases, variant classification tools, and the latest literature.Participate in weekly case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and continuous quality improvement activities.Ensure all analyses and reports comply with internal SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Genetic Counseling, or a related field.Strong understanding of human genetics, variant interpretation, and genomic technologies.Hands-on experience with NGS data interpretation is highly preferred.Familiarity with ClinVar, gnomAD, HGMD, OMIM, Varsome, or similar genomic databases and tools.Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.Benefits:As a genome analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to groundbreaking research.
