As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and articulating the creative vision and direction for our brand.Key Responsibilities1. Creative Strategy: Translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies, staying updated with current industry trends and creative techniques. Ensure that the team's creative work aligns with the brand and meets requirements.2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, providing clear creative direction and guidelines. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.3. Project Conceptualization: Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas, developing storyboards and mood boards to communicate the creative vision.4. Quality Control: Oversee the execution of creative concepts, providing artistic and technical guidance to the team. Review and approve final materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to the creative vision.5. Creative Branding: Develop and maintain the brand's creative branding and identity, collaborating with the marketing team. Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing creative insights and concepts.6. Collaterals: Art direct digital static and video content, social media content, web UI, static & video ads, photoshoots, packaging, inserts, etc.RequirementsStrong skills in visual strategy, team management, and executionExperience in managing designers, shoots, and creative directionGood knowledge of beauty, fitness, and personal care industry and trendsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and time management skillsWhat You'll GetReport directly to FoundersA highly experimental environment where you can put your visual storytelling skills to testWorking with a super talented team in a super-fast-growing companyWorking on multiple categories – oral care, massage, hair styling, and grooming, etc.
