Lead Creative Director for AAA Game and Digital Twin ProductionThe successful candidate will oversee the development of a game and digital twin experience using Unreal Engine, with a focus on creating high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency across all content.We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director who can lead our art teams in setting clear creative and visual standards inside the engine, while guiding engineering and design teams to ensure workflows support the creative goals.This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in leading large-scale or high-visual-impact projects, and driving the final in-engine visual quality including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the creative vision for the game and digital-twin experiences, ensuring high-quality output and consistent branding.Liaise closely with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows meet the required standards.Mentor and guide art teams to achieve the desired visual quality, including environment, cinematic, and character work.Provide direction for real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal Engine.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects, with expertise in leading teams using Unreal Engine.Proven track record of delivering high-quality productions with a strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive artistic vision and strategy.Familiarity with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini, as well as texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.Benefits:Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project, utilizing the latest technologies and techniques in the industry.Collaborative working environment with experienced professionals who share a passion for innovation and creativity.Competitive compensation package and benefits.Preferred Skills:Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine.Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration.Interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding.
