Senior Business Operations Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen global sales operations, and enable cross-functional alignment to achieve business goals with clarity and impact.Main Responsibilities:Drive strategic support across global operations and sales by partnering directly with leadership.Manage and mentor multi-region sales teams, set key performance indicators, targets, and performance plans.Strengthen global distribution and channel networks through targeted partnerships and market analysis.Identify, onboard, and manage domestic and international partners to expand the business reach.Support market expansion, business development, and go-to-market strategy through research and collaboration.Streamline the end-to-end sales process (distributor → dealer → customer) for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.Closely collaborate with design, CAD & product development teams for new trends and innovation.Represent the brand at global exhibitions for research, partnerships, and networking opportunities.Coordinate the setup of experience centers & showrooms globally (direct and partner-led).Manage stakeholder communication, business reporting, decision support, and key projects to ensure successful outcomes.Act as a strategic advisor while driving strong on-ground execution to achieve business objectives.Key Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of sales operations, marketing, and business development principles.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with global markets, trade regulations, and cultural differences.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to business growth.Professional development and training opportunities.Flexible working arrangements and remote work options.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan.About Us:This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and make a meaningful impact.
