We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence•In-depth domain knowledge in Urban sector•Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships•Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients•Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies•Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence•Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Procurement / Integrated Planning / Network Design / Supply Chain / Sales and Marketing / Strategy /  / Logistics•Take the lead in recruiting activities Automation Opportunity assessment Collaborate with process experts to analyse and validate the business process for automation feasibility Collaborate with the Solution Architect to create automation solution As-Is process documentation, To-Be solution documentation, Key-stroke process documentation Liaise with Automation Technology Developer & Process experts for queries on process steps, User Acceptance Testing       Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control processSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification· B.Arch + Masters in Urban planning or Management Experience4 to 8 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in  at least three of the areas listed – Business transformation,  Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment,  Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformationIn-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in at least one sector of the following sectors: listed – Urban What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
