We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters.

With a minimum of 4 years and above experience.

Looking for immediate joiners & Immediate joining may highly appreciated.


Job Description:

1. Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a relevant field is a must.

2. Strong working experience & knowledge in End to end Bench sales process.

3. Proven work experience with clients, prime vendors & tier 1 vendors.

4. Strong working experience on all visa types, exclusively on H1B visa candidates. Should be able to work on all tax terms according to requirements.

5. Very good technical skills & comms, negotiation etc.

6. Good knowledge of all technologies. Should be able to build a good rapport with all clients and vendors & consultants on daily basis.

7. Marketing bench consultants as per the requirements.

8 . Should properly maintain active bench list.

3. Excellent knowledge in Placing CPT, OPT EAD, and H1B Transfers.

4. Build relationships with tier 1 & prime vendors for direct requirements from them.

5. Should have experience in preparing resumes as per requirement

6. Must be attentive and active in the market for new requirements from all vendors.

7. Must have the ability to build a business with tier1 vendors & prime vendors
