Job Summary:

Our staffing company is seeking an experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the IT industry and experience in bench sales. The IT Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and vendors to grow our business. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the bench sales process and be able to market CPT, OPT, H1, H1T profiles effectively.


Responsibilities:


 Identify and acquire new clients and vendors to grow the business.

 Use existing industry contacts and network to identify new business opportunities.

 Have end-to-end experience in the bench sales process.

 Possess knowledge of IT technologies and industries.

 Prepare and present resumes to potential clients.

 Possess knowledge of visas, including CPT, OPT and H1T.

 Have strong speaking and writing skills.

 Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

 Work collaboratively with the sales and recruiting teams to achieve sales goals.

 Able to work independently and make placements through contacts.


Requirements:


 Minimum of 2 years of experience

 Proven experience as an IT Bench Sales Recruiter.

 Strong industry network and contacts.

 End-to-end experience in the bench sales process.

 Knowledge of CPT, OPT, H1B.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

 Experience with end-to-end bench sales processes.
