Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Government Sales to lead our efforts in driving sales within the government sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in visual technology and AI, coupled with a proven track record in sales and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting government agencies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders in government entities.
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with government needs and regulations.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Nayan’s products to government clients, showcasing their capabilities and benefits.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and government procurement processes to inform strategy.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform executive leadership of progress and market conditions.

Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
10+ years of experience in technology sales, specifically in visual technology or AI solutions.
Proven track record of successful sales in government markets, with a deep understanding of procurement processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
