Job Description:
- Graduate in any stream
- Travel Domain experience - Passenger Revenue Accounting
- "Added knowledge preferred on International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified, or Diploma preferred."
- Experience of Sales Audit (Fare/Commission/Tax), Reissue & Refund Audit, SARA & Sales Online
- Operations Management, Airline Fare Auditing and People Management for a team strength of more than 50-70 Associates
- Ensure Team adhere to Process SOP and sustain the Quality SLA
- No Revenue leakages to the airline, the same is identified & highlighted to the Customer
- Accountable for maintaining the audit reports; analyzing them to measure service levels; taking client feedback during audits.
- Responsible for Resource, KPI, SLA, PIP and team performance management.
Other Requirements
- Available to work in 24X7
- Working experience on SIRAX , Amadeus and ATPCO systems
- Good communication; Proficiency with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint & other office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Responsible for all daily operations to include schedule creation in order to meet clients for implementations of new services.
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with Senior Delivery leader to identify new avenues and process improvement areas
