Delivery Manager

Summary:As a Delivery Manager at PTR Global, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of services to support an enterprise client in the financial services industry. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Functions:Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accountsWork with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and providing candidate interview feedbackDrive placements, oversee contract negotiations and agreements to maximize profitAssist recruiting team with weekly submitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet quotasForecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account status for internal stakeholdersAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Educational & Experience Requirements:Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the IT Staffing spaceDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to juggle multiple delivery management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
