About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Management Framework Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and integrating a comprehensive performance management framework that includes both business and behavioral indicators. The specialist will ensure the alignment of organizational goals, facilitate performance appraisals, and link performance outcomes to learning and development needs.
Key Responsibilities:PM Framework Development:
Develop a performance management framework that includes business and behavioral indicators.Metrics Development:
Create and define all key metrics necessary for measurement purposes.KPI & Objectives Matrix:
Develop an organizational KPI and objectives matrix showing dependencies and linkages.Performance Appraisal Strategy:
Design and implement a performance appraisal strategy and methodology to be cascaded to the team.Policies and Procedures:
Develop policies and procedures related to performance management.Templates and Guidebook:
Create performance appraisal templates and a comprehensive guidebook.Training:
Conduct training sessions on setting SMART KPIs and managing appraisals for managers.L&D Needs Identification:
Link performance management outcomes to learning and development needs identification.Annual Performance Reviews:
Develop an action plan for annual performance reviews in line with the performance review framework
Qualifications:Proven experience in performance management framework development.Strong understanding of business and behavioral indicators.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Preferred Skills:Experience with performance management software.Background in organizational development or human resources.Strong project management skills.
