Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and close sales deals.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure satisfaction and secure ongoing sales.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features and benefits.
  • Effectively communicate product information to customers, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.


Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
