Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and close sales deals.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure satisfaction and secure ongoing sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features and benefits.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
