Must Have Skill:
- Proficient in C#, Xamarin Forms, .NET MAUI, and .NET technologies, including database connectors and third-party library integrations (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Solid grasp of native functionalities and multithreading concepts
- Versatile and quick to adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages
- Capable of contributing to all stages of development, from proof-of-concept to post-production
- Skilled in designing and developing secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performance mobile and desktop applications
- Experienced in integrating applications with RESTful APIs
Good-to-Have skills:
- Familiarity with payment integrations and device integrations (preferred)
- Experience with WPF is an added advantage
- Knowledge of working with kiosks is desirable
- Exposure to cloud-based solutions is a plus
- Experience with peripheral devices such as printers and payment POS systems is beneficial
- Proficiency in integrating with online payment systems is a valuable asset
Onboarding Timeline:
30- Days
- Complete the orientation and setup dev environment.
- Get account creds for GitHub and azure dashboard.
- Familiarize with project management tools like azure dashboard
- KT on existing code base and basics of all the projects
- Sample tasks to get familiarize with the existing code base.
- Work on small bug fixes or minor feature update
- Self-analysis of existing minor features
- Adding new screen for both mobile and tablet views
- Working on analysis of native device API’s
90 -Days
- Take ownership of small to medium-sized feature development.
- Gain knowledge transfer (KT) on existing payment integrations.
- Undergo KT on device integrations, such as barcode scanners, cash drawers, and NFC readers on the Windows platform.
- Perform bug fixes on payment integrations, if required.
- Work on implementing barcode scanners, NFC, and payment device integrations on Android and iOS platforms.
180 – Days
- Take full ownership of significant features or modules.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to the codebase and system architecture.
- Implement new payment integrations for required sites, if needed.
- Actively participate in code reviews.
- Conduct self-assessment of existing major features and suggest or implement improvements.
